1.Product Features:

1). Machines use self-developed high efficiency infrared heating devices, using advanced PID intelligent temperature control heating, precise temperature control.

4. Main components function:

Instructions for use:

1). Boot and boot before the examination:

i. Boot before checking the power cord is connected.
ii. Open the main power switch.
Then be used to be self-test (digital display temperature for the current room temperature).
iii. Little black front panel switch, used to control the infrared preheating chassis work; pressing the blue button on the front panel (up key), the red button (down key), can be within 0-450 °C to regulate the temperature of infrared preheating chassis work.
Pressing the switch to "ON", the infrared preheating chassis to work, pressing the switch to "OFF", the infrared preheating chassis to stop working.

2). Preheating PCB board operation:

(1) PCB board placement and adjustments:

i. According to PCB board size and position adjustment bracket will be placed in the bracket on the PCB board, and tighten the nut tightened.
ii. PCB board according to the size and welding requirements, press the blue front panel buttons (up key), the red button  (down key), in the range of 0-450 °C, adjust infrared preheating The output temperature of the chassis.

(2) preheating the opening and closing:

i. Press switch "ON" open the preheating chassis 3-5 minutes to show that the temperature stability around the set value can be related to operation of the next step.
ii. Work is over, pressing the switch "OFF", the infrared preheating chassis to stop working.
Note: At this point not to immediately turn off the power switch, so that whole cool down and then power off.
iii. Preheating temperature settings recommended: PCB board preheat to have the lead when the chassis temperature adjustable infrared preheating to about 100-120 °C; on lead-free PCB board preheat time, adjustable infrared preheating chassis temperature to 120 -
about 140 °C; also be used according to the user process and user experience of their own set different preheat temperatures.

3). Machine tuning and adjustment:

Infrared preheating chassis of the machine heating methods are: total pressure through heating and PID adjustment percentage method, you can warm-margin PCB board, self-regulation. General preheating temperature is lower than 250 °C, the percentage with PID regulation mode; preheating temperature higher than 250 °C, total pressure through heating method used.

 

5. Note:

1. After work, do not immediately power off until the machine cool down before you turn off the power.
2. To maintain unimpeded ventilation vents, IR preheating chassis clean, regular use of anhydrous alcohol to clean!
3. Careful, high temperature operation, safety, to prevent burns.
4. A long time do not use, should unplug the power cord!
